This wonderful old stone house has been lovingly restored by the owners into two lovely
separate floors with stunning views of the Apuan Alps. There is a large open courtyard to the front with wonderful views across the valley.
The attractive swimming pool has been landscaped into the grounds to the rear of the property and the views from here are stunning.
It is situated in a peaceful hamlet walking distance from the old village of Gragnola, which has a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, buses and a railway station. A few minutes down the hill there is an excellent
pizzeria where you can dine outside.
Equi Terme is only ten minutes drive away where there are several excellent restaurants, as well as in Monzone.
Each part has its own garden area with magnificent views and enjoys the use of the pool and well-equipped barbecue area.

La Montagna is on the ground floor and has doors opening directly onto its garden, whilst La Collina, which is on the first floor, has a balcony with wide steps down to the garden.
Each has 3 double bedrooms consisting of 1 double with en suite washroom with handbasin and WC. 2 twin bedded rooms (or these can be made double), and a luxury bathroom. A large hall leads to the spacious living/dining room that has an archway through to the kitchen alcove with dishwasher and fridge freezer.
Both of these very spacious apartments are bright and sunny and have central heating and use of a washing machine in a dedicated laundry room. Easy parking at the door. The two can be combined to accommodate large parties.
Restaurant & Shops: 5 minute drive & 20 minute walk.
