It is the ground floor part of a large house, the other part of which opens to the road. San Bernardo overlooks the view and has completely private use of the lovely garden and large swimming pool with loungers and sunshades. The friendly owner, who is the local bus driver, comes once a a day to clean the pool.
A short walk away is the little village of Magliano where there is an excellent restaurant. In the next village of Agnino is a small shop selling bread and groceries.

The living room with comfortable chairs opens directly to the panoramic patio, with its table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a built-in barbecue and pizza oven. From the patio area, you can stroll across the garden to the pool, where you can lounge gazing at the incredible view across the valley to the Apuan Alps.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, bathroom, a kitchen with large table and chairs and equipped with full cooker, fridge and washing machine.

Magliano situated on the road from Licciana Nardi to Fivizzano, which is a lovely old market town with bars and restaurants around the fountain in the main piazza. In July and August a music and drama festival is staged in the piazza and ends in a jousting contest.

A comfortable house in which to relax in a wonderful setting, it is a perfect location to explore this beautiful undiscovered area.
You will go a long way to find a villa with a private pool at a price like this.


Shops: 5 minutes drive.
Restaurant: 10 minutes walk.
